Knowledge and Experience
The MSP430 is a low power microcontroller from Texas Instruments. It is available in hundreds of variations which provide a great combination of memory sizes, onboard peripherals, cost and package size.
We have used these devices for well over 15 years now and have found them to be very reliable and problem free. As such we can turn around simple projects very
quickly knowing the device will "just work".
For software development we use the IAR Systems Embedded Workbench
which allows us to offer Misra C software compliance for peace of mind.
Over the years we have completed in the region of 100 projects using the MSP430. These have covered many applications including wireless sensors,
safety cut off systems, short and long range communications, remote control key fobs, movement detection, telecoms dialers, DTMF decoders and so on.
