Our Staff
The company is led by Michael Gaut, who
has over 20 years experience in the design
and development of electronic products.
This includes five years living in Europe
and the USA during which he worked on
Bluetooth and safety critical wireless
systems for blue chip companies. With
the ability to develop code across an entire
spectrum of platforms ranging from low power
low cost embedded microcontrollers through
to multi user high volume server systems,
Michael has a strong ability to diagnose and
troubleshoot issues.
The software team is led by Elliot
Gawthrop who also brings the experience of
Microsoft .NET development to the company.
Not restricted to this, Elliot also develops
software for embedded systems, Linux servers
and also has excellent fault finding skills.
His skills also extend to mobile platform
software including iPhone, Android and
Blackberry.
Electronic design and PCB layout is
managed by Nick Sims, who also has over 20
years experience in the field.
Previous designs have included high speed
processor layouts, power supplies, short
range RF systems, GPS, GSM/GPRS and so on.
Many of these products have been developed
to be low power and operate for many years
from a single battery.
Paul Smith deals with the purchasing
requirements and is able to quickly obtain
the best quotes for producing low volume
prototypes built to production standards.
He has daily contact with a wide range of
suppliers ensuring a timely delivery of
products to the customer.
