Over the years we have worked on many projects with a wide range of requirements for wireless communications. Together with our clients we have
established the best fit of technologies to provide the necessary solutions.
For low power, short range communications in the license free 433/868/915 MHz ISM bands we prefer the
CC11xx and related family of devices. When configured for
narrow band low speed mode these achieve an excellent line of site range while requiring very little power and being perfect for wireless sensors that perform
periodic very small transmissions.
For Internet of Things (IoT) we use various WiFi modules for devices in the home for example
with broadband access, or stand alone 3G modules with SIM card to provide direct internet access. We have our own proprietary TCP/IP stack which can be
built into your device with only the necessary functionality to maintain the lowest memory foot print.
